「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「Place was not maintained. Carpet and bed had stains. There were holes in the walls. The toilet and bathtub weren’t clean. The lady from the front desk came peaking into our window invading our privacy. Accused us of being there before and causing damage to the property even though my family had never been there before. Terrible place so do not stay here.」
