Nice, quiet location. Beautiful view. We would return again, if there were new mattresses. Bedding and linens were nice. Suggest that management checks mattresses.

A 1 night stay is ok

PLUS: It’s secluded which is nice. Someone contacted us regarding check-in. Appreciated that! NOT SO GREAT: the fan in our cabin was noisy. There was a mildew smell coming from the a/c window unit, and the pool area didn't have any lighting. All in all, it was an ok stay for 1 night.
2 double beds. Small but ok for 1 night.

The establishment called me to let me know that we left our jewelry behind. I am thankful that they were honest because I don’t think how we left our jewelry in a hotel that they would’ve been returned.

Great location!

It was amazing. My only complaint was the outdoor lighting in the porch. It was so incredibly bright at night that is was like having a light on inside. There wasn’t any type of curtain for the door. The place was in a perfect location to where we needed to be which was so convenient. It was quiet and everyone was very nice. I still give it a five star rating and apology because I unplugged the lights at night so we could have some darkness.

We enjoyed our stay in the quaint cabin with a king size bed and a loft with a large bed (I didn’t go up there but both of our children enjoyed playing up there on it). The king was not very comfortable but that was the only ding. The cabin was quaint and rustic and the campgrounds were quiet at night. We stayed three nights and the kids and I slept fine but my pregnant wife did not find the bed to be firm and comfortable enough. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay, it was a nice jump-off point for a trip down to BRCC in Boerne, and to Bankersmith and Fredericksburg.

staff was very friendly, stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the quiet and the environment, stayed in my cabin most of the time, interior is not modern but it was a nice stay, most people stayed in most of the time, would have like to socialize more there but it was a very peaceful stay. will return in the future.

Great property! We've sayed here 4 times already. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The front office lasy wa sweet and helpful. The pool was very clean as always. Love the quiet atmosphere.

Quiet and Cozy

Our cabin was quite and cozy and a great place for a weekend stay. The only downside is that the bathroom is small and the water pressure wasn't very strong, but it's a property we'd like to return to regardless.

Good location but smelled like septic at the check in center and in the cabin. No soaps. Cute older cabin but overpriced for what you get. Highway noise and AC noise was bad and the room I stayed in was a duplex. There was a big gap at the top of the door between the rooms. You can look through to see the other room and walls are thin. Nice ladies at check in but wouldn’t recommend it for a restful spot.

We were in town for the Spartan Obstacle race so did not stay at the cabin much. The amenities looked great and the pool looked very inviting. It was a nice clean space to stay but the road noise was really loud from our cabin.
