Not the Ritz, but excellent value. Texas-friendly folks. Convenient location if you're visiting Johnson City. Includes a real, freshly made breakfast, not the usual cheap stuff. Pet friendly. Mid-century motel-modern architecture, but clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.

I had an emergency and the property would not allow cancellation for any reason. The day to cancel is conveniently at 12am which is misleading because it shows you the date too late. This is on hotels.com though but how disappointing
