「Conveniently located for birders, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Once we figured out how the faucet worked, there was plenty of hot water for nice long showers. Overall, this was a clean and comfy room at a reasonable price - and Bertram is a charming small town to explore.」

「Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.」
