「Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.」

「The room was clean and the staff were great. The only problem was the air conditioner in the room that made a lot of noise which did not let us sleep and we could not shut it down since it was hot. Something needs to be done.」

「We paid for an ocean view and we could hardly look out due to the condensation and old windows. But to be fair they have improved a lot in the past 2 years.」

「There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. I had to ask the main desk to complain about them and to shut the kids down. I had no Internet I had no Wi-Fi so yes, there was no tv control. I had to ask for it They had to go look for a remote for me . After...

「The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.」

「Electrical outlets did not all work. Staff were aware of this and it should have been fixed before this room was assigned. Breakfast buffet was inadequate. Not enough coffee or patties for the number of guests. No fruit on our last day. More options should be available due to cost of rooms Noise overhead from room above was very loud」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Marilyn Inn. It was only a block and 4 houses from the beach. Maylin was friendly and helpful while we were there. The Inn was new and nicely furnished. We had breakfast on the porch and it was delicious. We thought it was a continental breakfast but it was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. We would highly recommend this Inn.」
