「An amazing experience from start to finish from the staff that greet you at the door to the reception and waiting staff. All were courteous and warm. As for the actual hotel, it is stunning and we can’t wait to go back. We upgraded to the junior suite and it was worth the extra. Couldn’t recommend Dakota enough.」

「We stayed in the Collingwood Suite and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was upstairs as you enter the suite, with the bedroom down the stairs. Stairs lit by small lights, very nice touch. The towels and robes were comfortable. For being a city centre hotel, it was very quiet, we heard no traffic through the night and the bed was cosy and comfortable. The only negative was that the tea and coffee making facilities are hidden in a cupboard, i initially thought there was no milk as it was...

Window seat only sitting option which was ok if not closing curtains Lovely food in the evening. Breakfast average and not great selection for continental. All in all though we would definitely return but would book larger room」
