"Great resort! A must go if you are travelling with kids"

"The staff and property were incredible."

"Great hotel"

"Incredible grounds and maintenance on the property. Very quick responses via email before we even arrived. Instead of writing a lengthy report, I think it is enough to say that I can’t really point out any faults."

"Food is really good. Buffet style."

"Great amenities and value for a stay in Niseko."

"NA"

"Everything was excellent. Clean facility, kindly satffs and great food. Want to come back again for relaxed vacation."

"This property is extremely well managed. The hotel itself is rather dated and during our stay the outdoor onsen was not accessible. However, the staff (from management to server) do their utmost to accomodate their guests. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the service to the fullest."

"Very good experience and it is a nice place to recommend"

"Excellent place to chill and do nothing."

"The hotel was easy to find and the surrounding area is beautiful. The private bath in the room was amazing."

"Perfect location, home, stay - everything!"

"The spa was the highlight for me"

"I would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast. There are many excellent and delicious choices of local cuisine"

"This hotel would have been very grand in her day, but is showing her age. The rooms are huge, but room amenities sparse and towels and yukata are old. It’s primarily used for large groups to use the onsen I think, rather than a luxurious stay. The breakfast dining room is large, as is the hotel, but having breakfast with another 200 or 300 people wasn’t all that pleasant. The rooms have no USB charging ports, and power outlets are few and low to the ground. The view from the hotel is beautiful...

"Everything perfect! Excelent service"

"Loved the in room onsen, the meals were lovely, the staff was our favorite!"

"Amazing stay."
