Hotel is at a great location. Staff is very nice and helpful however the breakfast lacks variety. No laundry machine onsite. No free coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day.

Parking was easy for this place. It was located in a very strategic location in lake Toya. The room was superb with a private onsen that overlooks the lake. Food was also great with a wide selection of cuisine. Highly recommend this place!
