The hotel is well located just opposite the JR Otaru station. The room is clean and decent. The size is quite standard in Japan. It will be starting renovation in April and we are excited to stay afterwards.

room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions ...
