「The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. 「雖然有免費藍線巴士到雪場或其他點但是時間不一定 有時候等半小時以上，還是得靠飯店巴士時間比較可靠。雪具是自行直接線上跟rhythm 下單後，rhythm 會來接去試裝並載回飯店。還雪具可以直接scan barcode放飯店。纜車票是自行線上下單。其他都還好。」

We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge.
