Wonderful view of Youteizan. Excellent rooms making every family member happy. Kitchen well equipped.Nice coffee machine. Good onsen.
Would love to visit again in best snow weather.
Highly recommended!
Great location, attentive staff, well appointed and large rooms, good for ski in & out
Negatives: had to pay extra for cleaning services, very small and basic gym, 10 am check out
Very conveniently located. You can just walk under 10 minutes to a number of restaurants for dinner
Breakfast could be a lot better. It is very average.
The room was very sizeable (2br 2ba) and clean. We liked the washer dryer in unit, as well as the fridge .
Car service to and from hotel was comfortable and on time. 4 of us sat comfortably in an Alphard- 3 big suitcases 1 snowboard bag.
Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings.
We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids active. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hotel’s onsen was just what we needed to unwind.
Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and with all the comforts we could ask for. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, which made our stay even more special.
AYA Niseko was a perfect base for our family trip, and we would love to come back again!
With this price. The breakfast is really unsatisfied. Everyday the same food and they start to clean up at 9:30. If you go a bit later there were not too much left. They do not fill in the empty dishes. Also run out of coffee no one to fill in. I think they have limited staff to service.
Other than that, the service was ok
The shuttle bus arrangement is also very good. Just not very flexible sometimes. Overall is good. But not like japanese style service.
