「Very helpful staff, very clean room」

「Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area. 」

「乾淨整潔 內部裝潢偏舊 但還算舒適 暖氣只有一樓客廳局部暖房 一樓廁所 冬天很冷 二樓只有一台暖氣 但還不至於會太冷 停車方便 對面湖景很美 但價格實惠 有機會 還是會再次入住」

「Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍」

「非常好的选择。位置超方便，就在Hirafu的中心，去SeicoMart三分钟，登山轩拉面一分钟。酒店有提供免费的接驳车，可以去滑雪场，完全不需要Ski in Ski out的酒店了。而且还有免费去Kuchan超市的车，自己买回来做饭很好。不过价格有点贵。」

「The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. 「It would be an excellent property for 4 adults, all would get a nice comfortable bed. It is modern and updated, especially nice is the 2 full bathrooms. Location is convenient to popular outdoor activity areas. We had a car and could park in front. The only downfall is I didn’t get clear communication beforehand regarding to go to off-site property manager Niseko Landmark View, best during business hours, to check in and get keys.
