「Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍」

「The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. 「the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away 」
