We had an incredible stay at Kozue in Niseko! The customer service was exceptional. Natasha and the staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and so easy to get along with. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from arranging our airport pickup to helping us with snowboard equipment rentals and transportation. They even helped secure dinner reservations, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent resident and money for value. Location is good and quiet. Well furnishing and as good as what shown in the photo. Will definately rebook Kozue again for my next visit to Niseko

エレーベータ上がってすぐのプライベート空間。とてもお洒落でした。
キッチンはあまり活用できなかったけど、長期滞在には最高です。
タオルの替えがあったら尚良しかも。
お洒落なお店が近くにあるし、スーパーあるよ。
