Great little condo! Good Service! Nice views!

Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner stove appliance of some sort, otherwise it is really no different than having a hotel room. This was one of the main reasons I booked this place. Pictures were a little misleading from the ad but you can see from mine that it still a nice place with a balcony, views, and lots of light. They did not have a desk in the unit, and I needed to do some work, but an email to them and they brought me a great little desk and chair! Again, great service. Convenient laundry shared with one other unit was perfect. Awesome to have laundry at your door and not some coin laundry in the basement. Will stay here again if given the chance! Thank you for the great stay!

Good location and a 5 minute walk to the Ace Family Quad lift via a shortcut path and a 10 minute uphill walk to the Ace Gondola via the Hirafu-Zaka Street. The room we got was located in the basement and require some 15-20 odd stairs down. Luckily, there was a hotel van that took us from the airport bus drop off location to the hotel and the guide helped us with one of the luggage. We still had to move the other luggages down the stairs. Can be a deal breaker if you don't want to carry heavy luggages down and up (upon leaving) the stairs. Room is clean and bathroom is decent sized. Nothing to complain exept for the stairs. Had we gotten any of the ground floor rooms, then I have no complain.

３月中旬に、ヒラフゴンドラ近くのディープトラックスを６日間利用しまたした。施設、設備共に充分なコンドミニアムでした。特に、冷蔵庫や調理器具は、一般家庭より充実してるのではと思います。ただ、食器の種類充実してくれたら、もっと満足できるかな。あと、外国の方が多く使用されてる事を考えると、床は土足と思われるから、寝転ば無い方が良いかも。

Good stay

Pros: It feels good to have train station shuttle. The staff is also friendly. The check-in/check-out policy is easy and suitable for our arrival/departure. Cons: The room was cold even we turn up the heater.

とても快適でした。ただ、キッチンのコンロの火の付け方がわからなく、朝まで使えませんでした。それ以外は良かったです。

This is one of the best stay I’ve ever had. They have the best Services and Staff member. Extremely helpful and welcoming. Even went out their way to book several ski related things for us. Will come back next time for sure.
