A spacious and nice chalet

The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep.

A spacious property nearby Hirafu main area. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We pick this place since they offer a relatively flexible shuttle service around Hirafu which fitted our need.

Highly recommended

First class establishment with all the amenities one could ask for. Modern, clean and spacious. With a Japanese bath which is true luxury after a day on the hill. Friendly and attentive English speaking staff. A short distance from town centre but resort vans whisk you back and forth whenever you want until 10 pm. Highly recommended.

ベランダに数カ所大きな蜘蛛の巣があったのでチェックイン前に窓の辺りのチェックお願いしたいです。蜂の巣もありましたがすぐに対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。ただ戻ってきた蜂に刺されてしまったので事前に家の中だけでなくBBQするウッドデッキ周りのチェックお願いしたいです。 メインのお風呂の排水溝の流れが悪くシャワーの水が溜まってお風呂の床がべちゃべちゃになってしまいました。

広くて綺麗でとても素敵な施設でした。スタッフの方も感じが良く親切で、前の人のゴミがそのままになっていましたが、すぐに対応してくださいました。こちらのWi-Fiに繋げた後、SNSへの不正アクセスが続いていて困っています。やはり、ホテルや公共の場のフリーWi-Fiは危険なんだと再認識しました。

総合的に満足度は高かったです。ただ、バスルームの作りが日本人向けではないのが残念でした。 あと、ベッドルームにカウンターデスクが有るなら椅子も欲しかった。 リビングの椅子も日本人には少し高めなので座った時に足が付かないのが気になりました。 欲を言えばブルートゥースのスピーカーが有ると自分のスマホと連動させて好きな音楽を流せるので、そういう設備を置いていただけると最高です。
