Very satisfied with our stay in Kizuna. The kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking local fresh produce. It’s nice to have the beautiful view of Mountain from the living room. The staff were also friendly. We’d love to come again for the next visit.

The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. The check out time is 10 am and I called the reception the day of check out and requested for a hour late check out because my laundry machine is not done and needs 45mins - They refused and sent someone to my room, turned off the laundry machine and escorted me to check out and my clothes were still all wet.
In addition, i booked the room type photos of which show that it has a bathtub but actually it does not have one. I contacted Expedia and requested the hotel to change the room - As usual no one contacted me about it.
The shuttle service was also a night mare, they only provide shuttle service till 11am and refused to drop off at any place other than the lift point. Unlike other hotels, they don’t have a whatsapp number and basically you won’t be able to contact them unless you have a Japanese number.
The service was a night mare.
