「Excellent new hotel with a great view. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. We also enjoyed hot spring water from the bath tub.」

「Very good experience and it is a nice place to recommend」

「Very helpful staff, very clean room」

「good」

「The hotel locates at the more peaceful side of Lake Toya, which we enjoyed. It’s new with helpful staff. The 24 hour snack station is a nice touch.」

「Incredible grounds and maintenance on the property. Very quick responses via email before we even arrived. Instead of writing a lengthy report, I think it is enough to say that I can’t really point out any faults.」
