「房间看得出旧的痕迹，但是鹤雅就是鹤雅，到了门口就感觉到高级，车开进来，就有服务员追过来帮忙拿行李，进门后帮我们擦轮子，送行李到房间，来的是一个小女生，行李好重我都不好意思了，大厅不大，他们总会在大厅升起爐火，我们可以要来免费的棉花糖烤着吃，大厅还有免费的竖琴演奏，高级。。房间是两张120床加一个榻榻米区还有一张按摩椅，不大，但是刚好足够，楼下的温泉当然是重头戏，户外两池，一池有顶可以挡雪，一池是石头砌的，在雪地里赏雪赏景，身体泡在热热的泉水里，高级。。早晚餐都是自助餐，没有会席料理能选，小小遗憾，还好自助餐提供的食物，精美又多样，总之，这是一个很满意的温泉之旅。」

「We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

「Prime location in Niseko Hirafu area, there isn't many location better than this. Room are spacious, clean, loaded with supplies and kitchenware. Staff are nice and helpful. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! 」
