The hotel is conveniently located in the hotel alley. Central location to many nice sightseeing spots. The diner meal is really awesome. Many bath locations with the ajoined sister hotel next to it. Highly recommended.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Luxurious hotel with tatami mat. Slept like a baby after 3 rounds of onsen.
Hot spa was the main attraction, and you will be amazed by the relaxing atmosphere all over the place. Also welcome wines, coffees, nuts and chocolates are free for almost all day.
Very big hotel with open calm spaces to relax and enjoy music and a buffet of coffee tea and small snacks - felt like I could really unwind.
Just a small note that English is not a language the staff speaks, so need to brush up on a little Japanese or rely on those Google translators ! But all are eager to please, and it’s a pleasure to experience the politeness and customer care of their culture. Their dinners are very authentic and delicious. Onsens are wonderful with very clean atmosphere.
A nice stopover on way from Niseko to Sapporo. Lovely large rooms. Did not love everything from the kaiseki dinner but the beef sukiyaki was good. Booked the private cypress bath so that we could bathe as a family but i would skip this next time and head straight for the public bath on the high level - large with a view of the forest.
We had a leak in our first room and the staff immediately came and changed us to an upgraded room and took good care of us. We were traveling with our parents and they upgraded their room also to be near us. Thank you.
I booked a stay of 2 nights and 3 days. The first night I was not satisfied because the food I ordered was not what I ordered and was just regular food. The second night I was satisfied because the food I ordered was what I ordered. The first night's food was cheaper than what I paid for and there was no apology or refund from anyone. Everything else was satisfactory.
Free shuttle bus takes you from sapporo station in an hour to your huge room. Perhaps 500 square feet. Marvelous kaiseki dinners. We had the shiori kaiseki the first night and the seafood kaiseki with A5 wagyu beef the second night. Superb. However it is served in the resturant. Not in your room or in a private room. Buffet breakfasts are very good. Therefore correctly priced as such. Nice onsens. Only other drawback is not their fault- not much to do in Jozankei without a car which we did not have. If I was ever going back to Jozankei, I would stay there.
