Great food

Room is spacious though facilities in room is just up to standard. Other than the room all other facilities and decorations in hotel are all great, especially food in buffer dinner and breakfast. Excellent taste and presentation.

Wonderful

The environment and the decoration are excellent. We have decent buffet in Mauri restaurant, how do you recommend to try the seafood scallop, pizza and the steak from Hokkaido. The Onsen (hot spring) provide a relaxing environment, prefect temperature, clean and tidy place. The room is not very big, but very user friendly. We stay in a Mix Japanese style room

The reception lady spoke english very well & very polite. The property was a bit dated but very boutique. For AUD850 per night I would expect a better buffet. No crab and not much food. It was serene with live music at time. However I stayed in way better resort with this price.

We stayed at the Tsuruga resort and Shikotsu and thought the brand should provide us with assurance that it will be a nice stay. We were not proven wrong. The environment was fantastic and the food was great (half board). However this is an older property and thus not as modern looking as the one at Shikotsu. I am sure to check out other Tsuruga resorts on the island.

Das Cottage mit dem Private Onsen Bad war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten auch ein eigenes Wifi und die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr ansprechend. Das Personal war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich, serviceorientiert, hilfsbereit und nahbar. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Resort.
