This property is extremely well managed. The hotel itself is rather dated and during our stay the outdoor onsen was not accessible.
However, the staff (from management to server) do their utmost to accomodate their guests. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the service to the fullest.
Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. The hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with one hotel staff name Winter, her name tag said she is the hotel’s Journey Ambassador. Winter’s service, attitude and the way she treated us was EXCEPTIONAL!
We booked a very nice corner room with great views, only one room like ours per hotel floor. However, there was no internet signal in our room. Winter not only brought in a hotspot device, but she was very patient and courteous, and helped each of us connected with the hotel’s wifi.
Then we met Winter again in the hotel restaurant, Winter was not only attentive, but she followed up with us, treated us like true VIPs. She was sincere and genuinely nice. She made sure that not only every need was provided but every unspoken desire was satisfied.
Truly exceptional and extraordinary service. The encounter with this one hotel staff truly made us want to stay at this Hilton again should we come back to Hokkaido in the future.
Thank you Winter, you made my wife and my 88 year old mother-in-law fekt so welcomed and that we are grateful for your service and your hospitality. Hilton should be proud to have an employee like Winter. I wish all my employees are like Winter!!!
If you’re a Hilton member, suggest the breakfast for your stay. Definitely worth it! Love this place, everyone was so kind and wonderful. Although I visited in early April, it was quiet which was nice. The shuttle service is a bonus. It will take you to Grand Hirafu welcome center if your vibe is more happy-go-lucky. Hehehe. Thank you to the Hilton Niseko staff for the experience. Can’t wait to come back with more powder.
Chambre très propre, personnel adorable aux petits soins. Au pied des pistes, excellente restauration, petit déjeuner superbe.

The hotel has an absurd location with ski in - ski out facilities, but the building is outdated.
The room size was ok, but the bathroom was a joke! It seemed like it was taken from a ship from the 80s!
Think about and old, tight bathroom...
It was so bad that we ended up taking showers at the onsen the three days we stayed at the hotel!
Fantastic hotel and resort. The staff were incredibly polite and always went out of their way to help or assist in any way they could, which really made the stay feel welcoming and effortless.
The room was a great size, comfortable, and cleaned promptly every morning. It was always nice returning after a full day on the mountain to a fresh and tidy room ready to relax in.
Addressing some of the negative reviews
yes, the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but ours was clean, well maintained, and had no unpleasant smells whatsoever. The bathroom size is a very small trade off considering the outstanding onsen facilities available at the hotel.
This is Japan! embrace the culture. The onsen facilities are absolutely fantastic, featuring spacious bathing areas, excellent showers and grooming facilities, and a sensational view from the outdoor onsen that makes it the perfect way to recover after a day snowboarding.
All in all, a great hotel and resort that offered everything needed for an excellent stay in Niseko. I would happily stay here again.
