"The shuttle system is a disaster. We wasted 60 minutes waiting for the shuttle and the driver came and didn’t allow us to take it, because we were not in the line. You don’t explain in the instructions for the shuttle that there is a line. The driver was completely aggressive. He yelled at all the costumers saying: get off, let see if I have room.
