"When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00 PM, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by the manager and that no room was available for me. When I originally made the reservation, I specifically selected the option to pay at the property upon arrival. However, I was told that the manager canceled my reservation the day before my arrival because the hotel was unable to charge my credit card two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Since my reservation clearly indicated that payment would be made at the property, this cancellation was unexpected and left me in a very difficult situation.
