"We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in because our flight was early. The staff was so nice & let us & a few other families put our bags in a holding room while we waited for our room to be cleaned & ready. Also during our waiting time we were allowed to go to the lazy river / pool area & use the hotel amenities. The room was spacious & had a great balcony overlooking the pool. Great location as well. We walked to restaurants (one right on the beach) & to the beach very easily & quickly. They played a movie at night that our kids watched from our balcony but could also be watched from the pool area. Live music. Good breakfast. We only stayed one night because we got on a cruise (again pretty quick drive to the port) but it was a good night’s stay. "

"The staff was super friendly. For a free breakfast, it was good. The issue I had was the condition of the room. Bathroom fixtures like toilet paper holder, sink stopper and shower curtain rod was falling apart and the rugs were stained. I didn’t go to the staff since we were only there 2 nights. I did tell them at checkout and since the room was already paid, they took off the parking so I didn’t pay for that. "

"The floor was quite dirty, I don’t believe they are cleaning them in the appropriate manner. That is grooved hardwood, so just swift thing doesn’t work. Dirt remains in the crevices. Staff for friendly, breakfast was as to be expected, worth the money."

"Breakfast was fine for a free one. The room and location were great. The AC was terrible - very loud and wasn't working correctly. It made the room DAMP. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told there was nothing that could be done because I had made my reservation through Hotles.com and not them directly. Totally unacceptable and really ruined and otherwise great stay. "

"The Hotel has a lookout to watch launches at Cape Canaveral. The breakfast was fresh and of a good variety. The room was large and clean."
