"The Staff Was Quite Accommodating During My Stay"

"Location is good but a particular member of staff at frontdesk was biased. We reached hotel early and asked for early check in. One staff member confirmed room is ready and can be given. But the other staff member interrupted and said we will let you know when room is ready. They kept us saying it will be ready in 5 mins, and did not let us check in before 3 pm. If they could have said that 3 pm is checkin time and we do not have room until 3, we could have used our time better and could have visit few attractions. But they choose to kept us waiting at reception with kids. Not coming to this hotel again. Big names with small heart."

"Sheraton hotel was pretty good and everything but trust me the staff are incredibly rude. First of all, when we tried to check in the staff would not listen to us due to our reglion I am guessing. But everything else was good like the pool "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, good wifi, but the breakfast was terrible. Me and my girlfriend got food poisoning. They really need to step up their breakfast for a hotel. Overall 2.5/5 because of the breakfast. "

But i witnessed one incident while in breakfast , 2 old folks about to take breakfast to their room for someone cant go down becuase of some reason.
