I’m disappointed with my recent stay and, unfortunately, would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Our first concern was the condition of the bathroom there appeared to be mold or some kind of buildup in the corners of the tub, which was concerning. We also found a used pizza box with leftovers under a chair, suggesting the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned.
The air conditioning unit was not only outdated but had exposed wiring, which is a serious safety risk, especially as we were traveling with a small child. In addition, we found multiple dead wasps in the room and noticed an overall layer of dust, reinforcing that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
Breakfast was disappointing and well below expectations. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were not welcoming during check-in or check-out. At one point, my child accidentally spilled her glass of milk. An employee witnessed this, made eye contact with me, and offered no assistance, no mop, no help, nothing.
To top it off, the cost of the stay was far higher than what would be reasonable for a hotel in this condition. I understand this is not a luxury hotel, but several of the issues we encountered were not just about comfort they were about basic cleanliness and safety.
