"Stayed here with school aged kids and was very happy. Room was nice and clean. Only small annoyances were no ice bucket, and the light switches for bathroom area were in weird locations. Having the toilet separated from the vanity was a huge plus with our whole family sharing and trying to get ready. Staff was super nice and helpful. Due to change in plans I had 2 separate stays and they made it seamless. All the staff was also friendly in the halls. Breakfast was very good (especially the bacon and scones). The pool is big and nice, and the hot tub was great after our Niagara Falls visit. There’s also a nice patio area and basketball hoop which was a nice surprise. I also saw a sign that they have games you can borrow. The location is nice if you’re visiting Buffalo or Niagara Falls. The only tough part is turning left out of the parking lot to get to the interstate; we ended up going right and turning around. Convenient to stores and restaurants though, many choices within. Mile or so. Overall we had a nice experience! Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a decent house with plenty of room, and the price was terrific, so I am not disappointed. This particular block seemed fine, but if you venture off the beaten path much, it begins to feel a bit less safe. Overall a decent value. We very much enjoyed having coffee on the back porch in the morning, watching the squirrels play in the trees. "
