When I checked in, I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk who gave me my room keys. She was inviting and nice, and took the time to ask how my day was. I was also able to go into my room a few hours early because I arrived within the range of afternoon hours.
When I went up to my room, my room had a chair, a twin sized bed, a bathroom, a work desk, a temperature regulator (think fan/heater/AC), and a TV. It even had a coffee and tea maker. The halls are nicely kept, but there's nothing significant to discuss about it.
However, I have to say, the front desk staff do vary in terms of customer service. I was fortunate to have had a very friendly person when I checked in, but not all workers at the front desk are as equally friendly. Some seem less approachable, and less enthusiastic about their occupation.
One of the best qualities about this hotel is its price. I only paid around $133 per night, which is a great and affordable price to stay at a hotel. For the price, the room that I was in and the service was decent. I do think that it's not an amazing hotel, and at night for some strange reason, I saw a collection of weird looking bugs infesting and crowding on a window.
