「The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.」

「The hosts were brilliant and amazing folks. They were very responsive and immediately fixed issues that we encountered. Unfortunately, I suspect there contractors are doing them dirty because of the issues we did encounter. Not all of the furniture was assembled properly. The unit is supposed to have 8 bedrooms but 2 of them are still under construction. The drain in the kitchen sink leaks. And at every turn, the contractors had failed to adequately clean smudges on walls and dust on floors from...

「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」

「The hotel and staff were great! It’s not their fault that the government and officials operating in Niagara Falls, NY are corrupt and horrible people. If anybody involved in the government put the time and funds into the community around the NY side, I’m sure the community could thrive again. 」
