"The staff were excellent at the hotel. While my room was clean. It's definitely needing some attention, maintenance wise. There are little to no amenities in the room. Coffee is provided in the lobby only. The coffee was horrific and not drinkable. Our room had a water view but there's also a viewing area on the 14th floor. I personally feel there are better hotels to stay at that provide the same room or better with more amenities. Parking was $50 per night which I guess is standard."

"I am upset about the high cost of an extra person. I paid $75 for my mom to come with us, she didn't even go in the pool. This is a huge rip off and a very unexpected surprise to our trip. Very disappointed at the adverse impact this surprise charge had on my budget. Massive inconvenience and setback."

"didn’t know you had to pay for parking until arrived. also same with breakfast it was listed you had to PAY for these things even though they are listed as included. "

"Room was clean Staff were great Unfortunately my experience during my stay wasn’t as planned. Due to the hotel being a shelter for individuals during our stay. Which don’t get me wrong I’m all for helping those who need. It would have been nice to inform guests prior to booking of changes taking place in the hotel and discounts should be provided. I had spent quite a bit of money for my room with my family of four to have a family vacation without any violence of individual fighting, yelling, using inappropriate language etc. in front of my children. It would have also been respectful to have known that the amenities in the hotel were unavailable. We were looking forward to the à la cart brunch that we so often enjoyed and love. Unfortunately brunch wasn’t all that great. Informing guests of changes in the hotel should be posted upon booking at all times. I was also told by front desk staff that it was a resent situation which I later found out wasn’t. It became a housing shelter in January and will be a housing shelter until at least August. "

"Upside - Newly renovated 5 floors on quiet street next to the Buddha temple Nice use of space inside the room, small details well thought out Friendly staff Good pool Downside - The grouting and floor in the shower booth are deteriorating already No body lotion Breakfast so so All in all good value for the price "
