Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"Great location only a few minutes walk to the falls loved the hot tub and pool but the noise of the dehumidifying system was very loud also did not like that the hot tub/pool room was right next to the bar it's a little uncomfortable with men drinking and young teenage daughter in a bathing suit or any person even my self felt uncomfortable with drunk men looking at us would be better if windows were tinted or something the breakfast was okay parking lot small but was lucky enough to get a space overall hotel had everything I was looking for for me and my family's trip to Niagara falls was over all happy with the price and everything that was included"

"This property could really undergo some updates and renovations. At same point you have to stop putting lipstick on a pig and replace the nasty carpet and stop painting over the mold/ mildew above the shower. The beds/ pillows were really comfy and I thought the breakfast was a very nice touch to my stay as well. I would most likely stay here again due to the great convient location & parking as it is walkable to Canada and all the great US sites as well. Overall I would search for a comparable price at another hotel in this close proximity with cleaner carpet(like really old stained, dirty carpet) and repaired issues instead of painted over problems."

"The hotel was a bit out of the way from the falls but it was acceptable after we got used to the directions and route back and forth. I enjoyed the breakfast but it gets crowded just before the timeline for ending the service each day. So arrive early and enjoy."
