"Clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Parking is constrained (my only criticism). Would stay there again."

"The room were nice design. And room was very clean. Only concern in the room was that the mattresses were old as you could see significantly the dent in the middle. One big concern was the lobby had a very strong smell of cigarette or cigar. Very interesting because I didn’t see anyone smoking and it was only by the lobby."

"My stay here was short and nice. It is a little far from Niagara Falls, which is what we were here to visit, but the drive isn’t too bad. Hotel itself was clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was decent and staff was super helpful. Shower in the bathroom was slippery and we did not have a microwave in the room so those were the only 2 downsides for me. I was traveling with a 2 year so heating milk was challenging."

"It was great for a first experience for this chain. Check in and out was super smooth and quick. Our rooms were very clean. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good. Looking forward to staying again when come back up visit my kid at UB."
