"The staff were SUPER helpful. We were traveling with our parents and had a long trip getting into Niagara. They were very understanding and offered early check in. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the property was walkable (10 mins or so) from/to the park and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others."

"$25 per night parking fee. Lobby was clean and well maintained but not the hallways or the room. Curtains and lamp had pizza sauce or what appears to be rust stains, black mold in the bath room. Doors chipped and painted over. The suite had 3 beds in two separate rooms, air conditioned, and beds were comfortable. It was the redeeming qualities if you can overlook the rest."

"Staff was super helpful and courteous. We were also unaware that there was free transportation available through Microtel to Niagra Falls Park. My friend and I were discussing Uber (as we wanted to enjoy some adult beverages during lunch and dinner, and not drive ourselves) and what address to put in. One of the staff members overheard us, thankfully, and got us all set up with the bus to and from."
