"Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience."

It’s very easy to find, and right downstairs there is the NYNA Café, which is a big plus. The café is open 24/7, serves really good coffee, and is a great spot to relax at any time of the day or night. Overall, the location and convenience make this hotel an excellent choice for travelers."

"A+ location on the edge of the Quarter. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Bathroom could use a re-make and deep clean; but the bed, linens & pillows were maybe the best of our 2months in Vietnam. Solid value "
