「とても素敵なお部屋でした！ セキュリティもしっかりしていて、１Fにはスターバックス、B1にはスーパーマーケットがあり小さなフードコートも併設されており、とても便利でした。 とっても快適だったのですが、1点だけ残念なポイントとしては、南国なので仕方ないのかと思いますが、ダイニングキッチンに小さな蟻が住んでいるようで、 テーブルにもキッチンにも出てきてしまうため、 食材を置いておくことができなかった点です。 それ以外は、とても素敵ですし、安心ですし、オススメです！」

「checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip.」

「The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty and old. The air conditioning unit in the room had many water stains. Attempts to contact the customer service center...

「Location location location is spot on With a lovely view and a access to the pool they overhead railway This is a lovely place to stay the only thing is it's starting to look a little bit dated with some damage done by previous guests which has let it down 」

「In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.」

「Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next...
