「I couldn’t contact the property’s customer service to check in, sent multiple messages without response, tried to call the phone line multiple times and the line said it was disconnected. Even expedia’s customer service couldn’t get a hold of the hotel’s front desk either. Beware this hotel is a scam. I was literally sitting at a coffee shop in the middle of the night, with my luggages, waiting for them to call me back/ response to my messages for me to check in without success. I had to wait...

「We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well.」
