「Very dirty and smell. Pillows cases smell, bed sheets cover smell very bad. old and discolored bath towels. Sofa is supper dirty and smell like some one pissed on it. It takes 20 minutes to wait for elevator to get in the room on 25th floor. Too crowded in elevator and elevator is dirty and smell. 「I couldn’t contact the property’s customer service to check in, sent multiple messages without response, tried to call the phone line multiple times and the line said it was disconnected. Even expedia’s customer service couldn’t get a hold of the hotel’s front desk either. Beware this hotel is a scam.
