「No beach view, and the beach is far from the hotel. There are many mosquitoes, the private pool lacks a filtration system and is not clean. The homestay only has a metal gate, and the front door cannot be locked—security is only provided by guards outside the compound. No sea view, no gym, not close to the beach, and no free shuttle service. The only advantages are the well-designed interior facilities and the host's willingness to communicate. 」

「Very responsive and accommodating host. Room was clean and comfy. Only thing that can be improved will be the aircon and soundproofing of the room cos it can get noisy in the morning with traffic. Other than that I’m satisfied with my stay. Highly recommendable! 」

「We didn’t have hot water and no internet on the last night. The place is not really a hotel so there’s no lobby area.」

「位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決」
