「Great price, great room」

「It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. It’s better to have the room well maintained and equiped to make it on par for a 4star listing and may charge more. Listing needs to be...

「・前の人のゴミ、洗濯物が残っている。 ・シーツ毎日替えていますか？汚い。 ・二度と泊まらない」

「The door’s lock is broken. Poor communication and this is just studio. We asked about the broken lock and they ignore the issue. We ended up renting another hotel room to stay overnight, come back to this property to return their key in the next day」

「Wir hatten es zwar gebucht. Doch der Besitzer hat uns kurzfristig in ein anderes Gebäude CSJ Tower geschickt, weil angeblich was mit dem Apartment nicht in Ordnung war. Ich vermute eine Dreiste Masche dahinter. Mussten dann uns selber um eine neue Unterkunft kümmern. Bis heute hat Hotels.com die versprochene Differenz nicht auszugleichen. Ein No-go für mich 」

「This is one of the worst room I stayed in. Room is dirty, pillows smells like sweat, washroom is moldy. Worst than a 2star hotel. I stayed at this property last year under a different rental and it was clean. The building is new but this room seems like it’s been neglected from cleaning. Management staffs couldn’t care less about the cleanliness of the room, they’re there just to collect the fees. 」
