「We stayed in a glamping site. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thru have wireless phone charger in the room and fireplace in the glamping cabin which is nice. The shower room was a bit too small and not very clean though. 」

「The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.」

「Usually I have great reviews for this hotel…not this time! The outdoor hot tub was shut down before we could use it Sunday night. The room was not up to usual standard we expect at this hotel -the room fixtures, hanging lights and walls were dusty. Dirt & dust in the corners of the bedroom Lukewarm water in the shower. The dining room table was so sticky even after we wiped it down we had to put paper towel down so your cards and or your arms wouldn’t stick to the table top! Overall...

「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」
