"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"The moose lodge offered the perfect family vacation spot to celebrate my 50th anniversary. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shops and has a roam bus stop out front. Getting to our destinations whether it be White Sulphur Mt or Lake Louise was never an issue. Three spacious suites housed three immediate families comfortably . The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We would stay here again if in Banff."

"The location was very convenient with plenty of parking. The room was large and extremely clean. Very updated. We had a room with a king bed and corner fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend."

What like most about the service is - in all three days when we came back to our room after dinner, we found that that room service people made the bed and they also clean the sofa bed. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge."
