Roland was a great and very flexible host. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian needs, when they didn't have to. Very polite and courteous. Great staff overall as well as great location. Good food in the morning and decent rooms to stay the nights

Location was the reason for this place...it was clean, staff were nice, hot tub was nice for use, and laundry was helpful to have. Location to strip mall and Lake Louise Inn for our private shuttle to Lake Morraine was ideal.

Highly recommended. Mario was amazing in terms of recommending options to get to and from the trailhead to Lakes Agnes Teahouse; his recommendation to take the #11 bus there, and walk the Agnes Creek trail home was amazing. Breakfast was really good, too. Thank you for making our stay really great, Mario!

Good for a x1 night stay, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and kids enjoyed the cookies in reception We were unfortunately disturbed by noise from neighbours until midnight, very thin walls and also noise from the trains which run directly behind the hotel.

Great hotel just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. We had a newly refurbished room number 208 in the main building. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and use of the hot tub facilities. Only disappointment was the lack of housekeeping for our room. They did not make the bed once during our 3 night stay or replace the toiletries and toilet rolls. Only emptied bin and replaced a towel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but, breakfast should have been included with how expensive the rooms were. The breakfast was good but just your typical continental breakfast that would have been included with the stay in any American hotel.
