"I'm a New Yorker and I have always noticed the sign above the hotel.....the sign is intriguing and typical Manhattan. Right across from Lincoln Center, thus I had a direct view of a special evening for the summer festivals. The hotel has some of their old character yet it is up to date."

"The staff was AMAZING! They were beyond friendly and truly seemed to care. Giles checked us in and each time he saw us in 5 days was so kind and friendly. The Bellhop was beyond helpful in our traveling around the City as this was our first experience to NYC. When asked where we were from he quickly showed that his Daughter and Grandson graduated from near us. The hotel was amazing as well! Would highly recommend!"

I roomed with my daughter and we had plenty of space, although the room is not as big as traditional hotels, but I’m sure quite normal for NYC. Loved the quality of the bathroom fixtures and the water pressure was perfect. Would definitely stay again!"
