"This hotel did a great job of preserving Victorian age ambiance, but having a lot of updated features. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast buffet which was all that was available for $26 was a little overpriced. But the area is lovely and there’s a lot to do just right in the park where the hotel is located. And the town is not far away and they provide a free shuttle. So we would definitely go there again. "Wonderful in every way. Right in the heart of town with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Well designed common areas within the facility that seem to encourage socializing. Great little balcony area just off the 2nd floor elevator hall that seems perfect for casual conversations. Slightly quirky but effective bathroom layouts incorporating heavy sliding doors separating not only the shower/toilet area from the sink, but the entrance way from the sleeping area.
