"It was a decent stay for our family, the biggest plus point for this hotel is its location. It is very close to Niagara Falls, literally just a few steps away and also close proximity to market and food. A lot of food trucks and other restaurants just next door to this hotel."

"The Garden Place is incredibly beautiful and romantic. I stayed in the Van Gogh room overlooking the courtyard. I was enamored with the decor of the hotel and all of the mirrored surfaces in the room! The coffee in the morning was super hot and tasty. I would have appreciated more gluten free breakfast options - the oven/stove was out of service. The mixed fruit was not that fresh. I would absolutely stay here again if I knew there would be hot water for a shower. I paid almost $300 for one night by myself and the shower was icy cold. That was the only real drawback. For that price, I'd love at least some lukewarm water. I feel a credit or voucher for a future stay would be appreciated. Thank you"

"It’s a nice motel and it’s right on the lake which is great. The room was nice. Had some minor issues with broken molding in the bathroom and an AC system which needs an upgrade. Overall we liked the motel and would go back there."
