「They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

「The room and lobby area was impressively clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the included breakfast. This was not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers, but for someone who is not, they may want to request a room furthest from the express way. Highway traffic noise was not avoidable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!」

「I reserved a double queen room but was told upon arrival that none were available and was given a king room instead, despite traveling with four people. The front desk clerk showed little empathy and suggested the issue was because only one guest was listed on the reservation. Additionally, the room had chipping paint or cracks near the ceiling. 「I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself.
