「Pool was empty, no linens in room. Front desk lady was very accommodating changed our room from 2nd floor to 1 st. Because my sister and I were older and couldn't do the stairs. We really appreciated that.」

「I am a 70-year-old woman with a walking disability an find it difficult to climb stairs. I requested a rom downstairs and was denied the room. I was told the rooms was for overnight stay. The room was clean. Staff was friendly especially the cleaning lady. Did not require laundry service. In the room there was something that looks like a bench when I went to sit on it, it fell down because it was broken and was just propped up on the wall」

「Above average budget stay! Nothing fancy about this Hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. If you are passing through town and looking for a good night's sleep and a good price, this is a very good option. Grab a complimentary coffee and muffin in the morning and continue on your way. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks」

「Close to Worthington and westerville The bathroom is fine ,bed is clean The restaurants ,supermarket ,mcdonald nearby Happy to have HBO Channel no expectation for the breakfast, only has juice ,bread ,coffee and muffins 」

「Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. 」
