「Room was very clean. Staff was amazing I will be staying there again in July」

「The property is nice from the outside and lobby areas and through the hallways as well. The room was decent at first glance, but mold in the shower, floor wasn't clean, and the toilet ran all night!!! We notified the front desk right after check in that the toilet needed fixed, was told it would be taken care of, it wasn't!! We even shut the bathroom door, but you could still hear it which was annoying and kept us awake most of the night. We could also hear the people upstairs walking...

「If you can afford anywhere else....do that. Our room was disgusting. There was splatter all over the toilet seat and the bathroom floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time. One of the beds had stained sheets and pillowcases. There was leftover cleaning products in the room and food in the fridge from the previous guests. I understand this properly is old and hasn't been kept up on but that is no excuse for the filth we experienced. One of the worst motels I have ever stayed in.」

「A very nice Holiday Inn- either newer or refurbished. Clean food, breakfast area was nice and good quality of food.」

「員工非常友好，但是床上用品不夠清潔」

「Traveled to Ohio for the twenty one pilots hometown show and stayed at the Drury Inn, 10/10 would recommend, definitely worth the stay and close to the city which saved me a lot. Room was clean and stuff was very nice.」

「I hope the soundproofing can be improved.」

「极佳，Super Good」

「Hidden Fees Scam The room was big and the price was okay, but they had a hidden $10 parking fee. Some websites said $5, but nowhere did it mention $10 on weekends. We checked in on Sunday, and there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot, yet they still charged us $10. Parking at Holiday Inn Express is almost always free for non-downtown location. This is the first one we’ve ever seen that charges for parking. If it were a football day, sure, but it wasn’t—it was a Sunday when even street...
