Hotel is older and staffed at a minimum. Long check in lines and 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Was there for a concert at OSU and did not want to spend $1000 per night on a hotel room. So for what we paid we realized it was about as good as we were going to get.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were nasty and horribly stained. I found this out once I looked under the sheets. The wall outlet was hanging off the wall as well as the AC cover. The fridge was missing. The bathroom wall was stained under the sink so badly it looked like water damage.

The front desk did an excellent job under the circumstances. There was a huge concert at the Shoe that night. We arrived at 3:30 and the check in line was wrapped out the door. Unfortunately they only had 2 elevators working so after check in, you had to wait in another line for the elevator. We had booked a room with 2 beds. When we got to our room, it was a king, for 3 people. We weren't going to wait in the line again to get into another room as there was still a line of 50 people waiting to check in. We were able to let the front desk know to just send up pillows and a blanket and we'd make do. By the time we returned, the pillows and blanket had been delivered. The front desk were champs that night. They did let us use the service elevators which eased some of the frustration of waiting. Management should have anticipated and planned better. The room was a typical hotel room. Nothing special. It wasn't dirty but wasn't spotless either. If pressed for a night's sleep and this is what was available I would stay again. We didn't use any of the other amenities.

The hotel was understaffed for the number of guests on a sold-out night. Only one of the four elevators was working, and we had to wait over 20 minutes in line to get on it. The room was on the 11th floor. There was no valet parking, had to park 2 blocks away in a garage. To top it off, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work.

Only 3 floors had a ice machine that worked, only 1 elevator worked, property is in disrepair and needs cleaned, maintained, and renovated throughout. Other guests complained about hot rooms and A/C not working on a day that was maybe 65° outside. Rooms could use updating, carpet, curtains, and interior looked dated, kitchenette area was pretty decent. The only plus was the #1 bus ran nearby to the stadium and the last bus ran back from the stadium around 11:15 pm

Parking not ideal. Our toilet was broken so someone had to come fix it. Glad we had a fridge and coffee maker. Most of the electronic were unplugged when we arrived which was odd. Thermostat barely worked, we set the air low and the room didn’t go below 70. Staff was EXTREMELY kind but hotel definitely needs updated. Not really worth the price

This place was a mess. Check in was a nightmare, we were waiting in line for about 45 minutes. Two of the four elevators were broken so that was another 30 minute wait to get to the 8th floor to our room. The room itself was okay, no real complaints there. We went to a concert at OSU stadium so when we got back after, the wait for the elevator was ridiculous, had to take 8 flights of stairs. The shower was nice. Check out was quick and easy. I wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel must be transitioning ownership as it is seriously understaffed for its size and was practically empty. I will say the people working there were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the location was safe and good for my needs. There was lots of street parking available over the weekend. I would stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious ! Just watch, not all floors had a working ice or vending machine, but that gave us an excuse for a little adventure ! Overall everything was really nice !

This hotel is adequate at best though it is very 'tired' and needs a face-lift. The towel rack fell off the bathroom wall. There was no shower soap and only 1 tiny soap on the bathroom counter, also no body lotion. I had to go to several floors to find an ice machine that actually worked. The pictures on the wall were all askew but couldn't be straightened because they were permanently affixed to the wall. Our room didn't have a frig or a microwave. The one positive is that the king-sized bed was very clean and very comfortable and the large TV was a plus.

I arrived at 9pm (on St Patrick’s day) and as a result there was no food available, the restaurant in the hotel was closed, every business nearby was closed even the bars. I ordered from Uber Eats which cancelled itself two hours later as the restaurant was closed. What’s going on Columbus? It’s 9 PM on st Patrick’s day! Also The room was very cold (in the low 60s) so I turned up the heat but it never got warmer than 68. I needed to get a new key from the front desk every time I returned to my room as they stopped working and locked me out. The ice machines on most floors have signs directing you to the one that works on another floor. There is no pool. The staff was very friendly.
