The room was clean and comfortable. The two room suites are amazing for privacy. Staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The pool area was nice. There was a nice bar and the happy hour was a great touch! Would have been nice to not have children running around and screaming the whole time but that was not the hotel's fault. That was on the parents.

The quality of the breakfast was decent. Our 4 dinners at the bar was severely overcooked and nearly inedible. On the plus side the hotel was clean.

The property is clean and visually appealing, especially the lobby, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. While the stay was comfortable, the rooms are outdated and some electrical outlets were not functioning, which made charging devices inconvenient.

It served the purpose i needed for which was post surgery, stayed for 10 days so i could walk laps during winter in ohio anytime inside. Hotel was ok, not amazing not terrible. Staff was great, no free lobby coffee except starbuck for $6, parking $10 per day, and no smart tvs was very disappointing ,

The hotel was pretty busy, as it wss the weekend after Christmas. The upkeep on towels for the pool must have been challenging. Housekeeping tidied the room for only have a 2 night stay which was nice. The reception food was so-so, but the drinks were good. Breakfast buffet was also just so-so with upkeep and food quality on the buffet. The omelet were good. Clean lobby and room. Clean pool area. 4/5 🌟 I'd stay again for the value.

The lobby ambience is very welcoming, lobby, restaurant and room layout are excellent, wide and comfy. Hotel room AC is quiet is cool enough. Hotel is located near Dublin Bridge where all the commercials are, convenient location to stay.

The lobby area is fantastic. This is a great place for teams. They let the kids be kids. The parents relax. Great sports place to watch the game. I wish out club booked this chain every time we were out at away tournaments.
