「Didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were in town for Sonic Temple 2026, BUT…the Check-In was quick and impressively friendly! That friendliness did not end there. I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning. 「The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. 「The property is currently being renovated. Many of the rooms are not ready. Due to a huge music festival in the city, many rooms that weren't ready were made available.」

「Is this how Mariott Fire alarm went off right when my girlfriend and I got out of the shower, we had already previously told the front desk about the fan not working in the bathroom. There maintenance "tech" came up knocked on the door, he said he smelled smoke, and the alarms only go off from smoking. Accusing us of smoking. 「Very poor! Super dirty and broken stuff in the bedroom and bathroom, bed sheets has stains. No soap in the bathroom!! and the bathroom doesn't have hanger to hang your cloth, I just ended up putting them on the floor to take a shower.」

「The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival...

Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. We had 2 very thin sheets and a flat sheet. Other visitors were very loud banging stuff around all night long .」
