「I was honestly not impressed with my stay. The customer service and amenities were just okay, nothing particularly stood out. What did stand out, though, was how unaccommodating the front desk staff was. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, there was no flexibility at all. When we asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11, the answer was a flat-out no, without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives.
